The New York City Police Department’s hate crimes unit is investigating graffiti left on a building along Manhattan’s East Village.Investigators say an image bearing a swastika was found on a building on East 13th Street between avenues A and B.
The building’s owner, Alan Rabunski, says he’s upset his property was defaced. He also says his parents were Holocaust survivors, and the graffiti hits too close to home.
