R.I.P. CHRISTOPHER HENDRICKS AKA POKE 1974-2010
New York City lost one of its native sons with the passing of Christopher Hendricks, better to known to friends and foes alike as POKE. He died on Thursday at the age of 35 from complications due to a long standing battle with Crohn’s disease. The Queens-born, graffiti addict (writer, photographer, gatekeeper) was one of those rare breeds who didn’t pull any punches and stayed passionate to the fullest. POKE will be missed by his Bomb Squad brothers, the mighty DMS crew, and a network of friends from coast to coast. RIP my man! (via)
