Cer was and always will be the one Brother that helped me take it to the next level. He showed me the real racking game, how to KING a lay up or a yard. He put the crew ahead of individual pursuits, and always took time to encourage us to get up hard, to hit all boroughs and to respect the kings of a line. Of course he also let us know that no crew was above the law and if we had to regulate then that’s what we did. I miss you Billy…In your Honor we will be lighting up Linden in the coming weeks with murals just the way you would have wanted it…

Cer was a true Jamaica Queens King. I didin’t know him, just his work. I lived across the street from St. Albans Park all my life until recently. There was nothing like waking up in the morning and looking out my front window to see the latest Cer, Cey, Drip Tron, Kap, Demo pieces or throw ups on the handball walls. TPA owned South Jamaica. I wish I had pictures. Peace.
Rest in Power Billy. Thanks for the memories..somehow just finding out about this and it kinda shocked me. Used to luv seeing those C-D-L tags CER DEMO LUST all over the Queens line buses.
