A Celebration of Hip Hop and Anime/Manga Culture with new Hip Hop USA Live Sneaker Art Workshop and Panel Discussion

Kinokuniya Japanese Bookstore, New York City – Saturday, February 12 starting at 2pm, Hip Hop USA, Samurai Radio, PJ Pop, and Global Artists Coalition are exploring the cross pollination of Hip Hop culture and Anime/Manga with this free Hip Hop USA sneaker art drawing workshop and panel discussion.Hip Hop USA is inviting artists and patrons of both genres to participate in this exciting event being held during Fashion Week and Black History Month at Kinokuniya Japanese Bookstore located at 1073 Avenue of the Americas (41st and 6th avenue), second floor. No purchase necessary. Blank white Hip Hop USA sneakers and art markers supplied, winners will be chosen that day for prizes and judged based on artistic ability, creative expression and overall design. In addition, winning artists will receive the opportunity to have their art design appear on a limited edition Hip Hop USA sneaker.
